Vesl Membrane Systems
(Div of Vessel Engineering Services Pty Ltd) was founded in 1977. It was
one of the first Australian firms to design and install architectural
tension membrane structures in Australia. Early examples include Luna
Park Theatredome (1979), Norlane Leisure Centre (1980) and Iwasaki Resort
(1981).
In 1991 the growing Tension Span® structures department was incorporated as Tension
Span Structures Pty Ltd. The Vesl Group has over 25 years continuous
experience in the field of tension membrane structures and architectural
fabrics.
Tension Span Structures
Pty Ltd has supplied products and services to many countries, including;
U.A.E., Pacific Islands, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong
Kong, U.S.A., and has associated offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, UK,
Norway, USA, Ireland and the Middle East.
Our long association
with Seaman Corporation, America's leading polymeric fabric manufacturer
gives our clients the assurance over 50 years of Seaman experience in
manufacture of high quality architectural fabrics.
Since 1977, the Group
has completed hundreds of tension membrane and air-structure projects
and individual structures, in addition to standard Flexshade®, Quartet®, Lotus®, Hypar®, Tetra and Auto pre-engineered small tension structures. Custom Projects
range in size up to 10,000sq.m, with principal focus on the larger structures
in excess of 500sq.m.
The company has designed,
fabricated and installed structures for; Resorts, Leisure, Municipal,
Education, Commercial, Retail, Clubs, Community, Aquatic Leisure projects,
and many other applications.
